Make a Request

Whether you make the request for your characters or your characters have a request themselves, this is the place to make it. The in-character requests are made through an app on the characters' devices. Basically, it is network contact for the gods.

Comment below. Please specify whether or not the request is IC or OOC in the subject line. IC requests are need to be made in the character's voice.

[Kala seems to think this is a little...sacreligious? To communicate through a deity on an app. But one must be adaptable, and so she makes use of it.]

Hello? I am hoping to speak to one of the gods in residence. I do not want to appear disrespectful - I would have made some food and brought it to an altar as an offering, but I'm not sure which god to offer it to, or where to necessarily go.

You see, my own personal god is Ganesha - he has been very important to me ever since I was a little girl, and I would like to know if I may continue to pray to him here without offending you? And if so, may I have some things to create an altar in my home? A proper idol, some candles, perhaps some incense and a burner. I can pick flowers for it myself. I will gladly pay respectful homage to the gods here as well, but I would consider it a kindness if I may continue to pray to him without offending.

Also, can you provide me with a book on the local flora and their medicinal properties? I'm going to be making medicine and I would like some kind of reference, especially if it is not the same as what is available at home.

Thank you very much.

[The book is nice, but she really wanted to make sure they wouldn't impose their wrath upon her for praying to Ganesha. Still, she'll collect it and study it carefully.

And hope that when she does pray to the elephant headed god, the deities in residence won't be offended.]
